Getting better miles times?

Ok...so i had a stress fracture and i am slowing getting back to running..my fastest mile time before the stress fracture was a 6:49..and i ran the mile again today and i ran it in like 7:30..i was wondering what i could do to get better..and get my mile time in the 5's??like worksout and stuff.and also what i could do to prevent another stress fracture..because when i started running which was yesterday..it hurt a little bit and it hurts a little bit today to..but not much..PLEASE HELP!!!!!! i really want to run a mile in like 5:50...

  1. mon-wends short sprints but alot of them

    thuresday- friday sprints on hills

    saturday-1-3 mile run

    sunday-rest eat protin
