  1. get little sleep the night b4 and dont go to sleep in the evening....then go to bed at 10pm to whatever time

  2. either check with a doctor or chalk it up to puberty

  3. Try the chiropractor if you wake up with headaches. It may be a misaligned vertabrae. (I am no expert, but it helped me feel like my head was clearer)

Otherwise, you may need to drag yourself out of bed earlier and get some exercise early in the morning to get rid of the stiffness and get your muscles to move.

  4. Make sure you go to sleep and wake up the same time every day. Your body has an internal clock, altering it randomly can confuse your body, also you might be waking up during a deep sleep stage. Sleep has a few different stages that repeat several times as so sleap. Make sure ur hydrated too. When waking up natural light entering your eyes releases a hormone in your brain which helps you wake up. Also if you go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am and feel tired try waking up at 6:15 or 5:45, without going into to much detail 15 minutes difference can help you wake up at a difference sleep stage which will make it easyer to wake up. Try a few different intervals. 5:30 or 6:30.

  5. Do u live in Minnesota?

  6. Well actually when your body misses out on sleep, getting the 8 hours recommended is not enough. There was a lot of nights you didn't get the sleep your body was suppose to get. All I can say to help is try some green tea before going to sleep, also put your ac low to about 70 or 69. Setting the ac at a low temp helps cool your body down to help it go to sleep. Maybe you will sleep better at a low temp, sleeping at a hot temp can make you uncomfortable. It might be making your body unable to go into a deep sleep.

  7. You're problem is lack of vitamins. Start taking something like centrum or one-a-day and you should feel 10 times better within a week. Also, make sure your diet in general is healthy and full of calcium.

  8. You most likely never enter the REM cycle during sleep. If you absolutely never remember dreaming, it could be a sign that you never leave the first few sleep stages (although many people simply don't recall their dreams for other reasons). You should probably see a doctor or sleep specialist for exact guidelines, but if altered routines and a change of habits don't work, you'll probably be prescribed mild sleep aids.

  9. Eat good during the day. (healthy food) Try 10 hours of sleep..... you are growing!! Maybe you a have allergies.

  10. Try changing your sleeping habits. Such as going to sleep earlier, or sleeping longer, and what not.

  11. then try sleeping more thant that. i get about 5-6 hours

  12. when u wake up, thank god that you are alive

  13. i am also 12 years old.i wake  up 7 am in morning due to my school.but i recover it by sleeping till 12 am on sundays.you should sleep at 45 degree.legs should be a little upper than your head.it will give you a good sleep.don't think of anything that gives you tension. it will keep you relaxed and tension free.

  14. Valerian root helps alleviate morning grogginess but is for people who have trouble sleeping.

Go for 10 hours of sleep

  15. Go to bed earlier. You may need 10 hours per night, you are still growing. Also make sure your room is dark. Get lavendar in your room because it relaxes you.

  16. Take a nice warm shower right after you wake up.
