Getting bigger muscles?

ok im 14 turning 15 next month, 5'7", 115 pounds and kinda scrawny. i want to get biger and more toned muscles. i only have 2 8 pound weights to work with. ive been doing like 50 reps a day for about a week and havent really noticed a difference. i also want to get a 6pack too. another thing is that i dont want to do too much heavy lifting and stunt my growth. my friend said i should do 50 reps with 20pounds. can sum1 please help me

  1. okay first of all if u cant do 6 reps with the weight than its to heavy ive been working out for 8 months now u will start seeing changes in 2-4 months of hard work as of a six pack its takes months to years of hard work never get better unless u put work into it


  2. if you want to get BIGGER. you need more weight (20 -40 if you can manage) and less reps at a time (3 sets of 8 -12 reps).  to do some home workouts. you can do some push-ups with a bag full of books. tie a of cans to your ankles and do leg lifts (it works lol). cruches, situps, reverse crunches, etc. there are some good "home" workouts around the web. you can search on yahoo and figure out which one you like and feel comfortable with.

  3. for abs jus do sit ups withthe dbells over your chest
