ok im 14 turning 15 next month, 5'7", 115 pounds and kinda scrawny. i want to get biger and more toned muscles. i only have 2 8 pound weights to work with. ive been doing like 50 reps a day for about a week and havent really noticed a difference. i also want to get a 6pack too. another thing is that i dont want to do too much heavy lifting and stunt my growth. my friend said i should do 50 reps with 20pounds. can sum1 please help me
