ok we just got a new coach for jo's this season. she is really nice and we get a lot done in practice, but shes kinda shy, even at team bonding, but sometimes she texts me questions and during those conversations she is outgoing. how can I get her to come out of her shell?

  1. when you're having team discussions or talks or whatever, just ask her opinion on the relevant subject (or some other question that would make sense).  what you could do also is have a pasta party (or just a food party) at someone's house and invite her and the whole team.

  2. ask her to come to ur house ,and tell her.

  3. I disagree with Simon Twin,

A good coach will never come to a player's house alone. It puts them in a very difficult situation.

It takes time for JO coaches to open up. They have a job to do first and they are feeling each player's personalities out. Plus, it's very difficult to force that bond. You should just let it happen at your coach's own pace.

After all, when it happens on it's own it's much more genuine and real.

  4. just let time pass by..she'll come around..also include her in the team work too
