Getting contacts?

I want to start wearing contacts but I don't know a lot about them. There are long term vs disposable ones, right? What are the pros/cons of each? Also, what are the costs for each?

  1. I wear contacts (not the colored ones and the lenses last 2 weeks) and mine cost $23 per box of 6 contact lenses, so $46 when you get 1 box per eye.

  2. There are disposables, a couple of days and throw them, and long ware. Some you can clean them daily, some weekly.  I use the latter and buy about 3 to 4 pairs for $250 and lasts maybe  a year if you take good care.

  3. There are long term and short term.  I have mine for about a month.  Some people dispose of them every 2 weeks it just depends usually if they are a longer term they are more expensive and you have to take care of them much more carefully.

  4. my sister wears contacts

at first she found them difficult to wear but now after many years she finds the fine andf ver comfy

they are very good i would advise them more that glasses

but also you have to take them out before sleeping, swimming etc

    where it takes longer.

also they cost about 60 pounds for 1

also you have to buy suff to clean the lenses

    which can be quite expensive

    very expensive

    but worth it
