Getting error message 999 when trying to enter 9-ball pool room.?

I subscribed to the Premium Service to play 9-ball pool. However, when trying to access same, I get error message 999. Checked with AOL; they said the problem is on your side. condition has been for 2 days now and will cancel out if I can't get to the 9-ball pool room. Please help.
