have a friend, and she's so smart and intelligent. Her grades are extremely good. She do drugs, on ocassionally not addicted to that c**p. So yesterday, her friend asked to get a pill for her, and she did. I knwo it's her fault for giving someone pill. But come on , it's her friend. So her friend got caught, she snitched on her. wtff. They both went to the office. Now she got suspended from school and it's 2 days till the end of the school year.

The vice principal said she can either get a warning, since she never have got one there is a chance she will not get expelled from school. but the vice prin. will have to call the school district and talk to them about what happended yesterday. Plus she will have to go to court to asks the judge to give her another chance. I'm just so pissed off at her friend, my friend didn't do anything why would she deserve to have this.

please give me some ideas please.

  1. only thing there is to do is to tell her to plead her case. it really is out of you hands.  hopefully she will  just get two days instead of getting expelled.  good luck!

  2. Your friend gave a pill or in other words supplied drugs to another pupil. This should automatically mean expulsion. No self respecting school or parent would want a drug pusher on the school premises. The school has to report to the police and then it is up to them what happens. Harsh but necessary.

  3. While this might be hard for you to accept, her friend did her a favor. As a 14 year old student who does recreational drugs and supplies drugs, she is a student who needs some help. This will give her the opportunity to get it, even if it is through the court system and make her parents aware of this....which really is a problem although you may not see it as such. This can lead to much worse problems in a few years....as you said, this stuff is c**p--but very seductive c**p!

She has so much going for her, a good friend like you for one thing, and as you said, she is smart & intelligent and gets good grades....she'll be able to turn this around and I'm sure it will help her in the long run.  Just try to support her and not dwell on the negative--help to focus on going forward.

    Good luck to you.

  4. This is out of your hands, there are no ideas we can give you. If she does drugs then she got what she deserves.

  5. I think you should talk to your parents and ask their opinion. You really should be mad at your friend for doing such a stupid, illegal thing, not at the the sanction she has been given or the other 'friend' for 'snitching'. You seem to be more mad that she was caught than the fact that she is a drug taker and a dealer at only 14!

  6. Oh please don't be mad that she was caught doing something illegal, dangerous, life-threatening, and against a school/district policy.

She broke a rule and a law and she was caught, she should absolutely be expelled for these acts alone and be glad her friend didn't overdose, get sick, have a reactions to, or give the pill of whatever it was to someone else.

Its not that she was caught that's wrong, its the act that she was caught doing and admitted to doing that she should be punished for. What business does any student have with ANY drugs at school? NONE!

Does drugs occasionally but she's not an addict? All heroin and meth addicts started out just doing something occasionally too..... think about it.

And being a snitch is not a bad thing, it might have saved your friends life in the long run.

    So here's some ideas:

Don't do drugs, they make you stupid. Period

Don't hang out with people who do drugs, they can make you even more stupid through rationalization and peer pressure.

Report drug use to police and school admin.

Learn more about how easily drugs will kill you and at the very least can ruin your life.

Visit a methadone clinic for a day and see how many "cool" people come in.

Visit a morgue and ask to look at bodies of people who just used drugs occasionally.

  7. she better not do that again
