Getting fit for cheerleading try-outs in April. Please help me!! ?

Next year I'm going to be in High School, and I've always wanted to be a cheerleader. Its just a sideline cheerleader, no flips, or back hand springs. I would really like to start getting fit now so that I'm not freaking out when March comes. Please give me tips, and motivation because I'm really bad at working out cause I'm really lazy. lolz

  1. well you could:

    ride your bike to a friends house or the library (so you have a reason to)

    instead of taking the elevator take the stairs

    go on a hike with friends (that way you can talk while you walk!)

    say no to pop at restaurants

    its simple choices that will help!

  2. Good idea, getting ready now. If any of your friends are trying out too, make a pact to work out together a few times a week. That will help with your commitment.
