Getting fit?

Hi, so i want to get fit for all the sports im doing: swimming, gymnastics and netball. How do i go about this? I want to be fir but not too muscly.

  1. cross-training huh? yeah. swimming is the best sport by far for any sort of training. swimming will work all of your muscles evenly, so there wont be any disproportional body parts, and it is excellent for building stamina. Also, if you want that lean look, try some kind of dance, ballet is great.
