  1. do not let them burn on

  2. I dont know if this will work but maybe you could try " The magic errasor" (or how ever you spell it) It works for practically everything else to get it off of surfaces. Hope it works. Its in the laundry aisle and it has MR.Clean on the front.

  3. Mr Muscle (the yellow bottle). Spray on and leave for a while then gently scrape off.

To avoid in the first place, line your cooker with cooking foil, shiny side up. That's what I do and I just replace every 2 weeks! Saves me a lot of hassle!

And use Mr Muscle (the green one which comes in a transparent bottle) for Mirrors, Oven doors, Glass doors etc! Simply spray on and wipe clean. Amazing results!

  4. Clean all spills up as soon as the occur.  Don't let anything burn on otherwise this makes them doubly difficult to remove.  Use a damp cloth and dry washing (laundry) detergent powder.  Rub the neat detergent into the stain, it acts as a scouring powder and will not harm your cooker.

  5. Right, get a cleaner like "Flash with bleach" and leave it on for 1min.

Use a plastic scourer to wipe the mark away - Always plastic, because otherwise you will damage the aluminium.

Then, as someone else said wipe it up as it happens in future, and when you clean it normally, try using a kitchen towel and wipe some baby oil over it. It gets rid of all the smears :)
