Not "high" but pseudoephedrine is a mild stimulant so you may get "wired" (Not high, but really energetic and in a good mood) if you mix large doses of that with other stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine (caffeine pills or coffee and cigarettes). Really not even worth the effort.
