Getting in Shape for Teen?

I'm a male teen who wants to lose weight. I'm 6'2 and weigh 209lbs. I have a pot belly and a little heavy chest. Ive just started noticing this because i was tall and i never looked fat but now i can see the belly and chest sticking out. Can someone give me a guide or a specific routine to help me lose weight and gain some muscle. I want to eventually achieve the "6 pack abs". Can someone give me exact routines, exercises to help me out.I go to school so should i work out in the morning like 6 am or in the afternoon. Most effective?
