In my opinion I am fat. Im a male 6ft 184 lbs. 18 years old. But I still have blubber around my stomach and chest. I used to weigh 220 but lost that in a summer.
I am very athletic, I take sports serious, (captain of soccer team). I just picked up tennis and im getting very good at it. I also run a mile when I can, ( I really hate long distance running, gets boring)
I cut out soda, chips, candy, and fast food. I only drink water and milk with some orange juice.I workout sometimes when im not tired from playing sports all day.
But I still cant lose that flubber and its making me go nuts. I want a tone, hard body.
What else can I do?
