  1. U dont really need to work out for volleyball..if u know wat u are doing than you are set...but really..i would just works on your ups and work your arms

  2. plyometrics, run in the sand to strenghten your legs. jump up on a box or step

  3. Well, I am doing the same thing. The best thing i know of is ride a bike. If you have access to one than that is perfect if not then walk. I do not suggest jogging because it is bad for your knees and ankles. I ride 2 miles a day 7 days a week. you don't have to do that much but try to be consistent. also try not to eat a lot of junk food, it will cancel out all of your hard work. For your arms do push-ups or just hold yourself in the push-up position, that works to. For your thighs do Wall sits, build higher and higher everyday. I add 30 seconds on. I hope my advice helps you and good luck.

    P.S

Don't over do your workouts, you don't want to hurt yourself before Practice.

  4. 2 weeks is not TOO BAD! This is exactly what you should do

    Running = build your running

    1 lap for 2 days

    2laps for 3 days

    3laps for 3 days

4 laps (mile) for 4~5 days

    keep running

STRETCH ALOT!  (20 minutes a day) flexibility is important for digging and hitting the ball. Also, youll prob be super sore after tryouts, but if you start stretching alot, your muscles will be more relaxed.

Do 100 sit ups a day. I do 300 but that might be a reach for you, but if youre good, GO FOR IT!

    Do 50 push ups.

Get into a push up position, place both your elbows on the groun, then make a fist. blance on your feet(dont let your kness touch the ground) Stay LOWWWWW. Hold for 15 seconds and do 4 sets of these. It'll give you strong shoulders and a kick *** abs!

lift small dumbells. I suggest 5lbs and 10lbs. Do liftings for 20 minutes

If you have a trampoling, jump on it for 10 minutes

DO STAIRS! it's the most painful thing in the world but it's amazing. Run up and down the stairs or the bleacher 2-3times

Go into a squat postion and REACH and JUMP! do 15times and 2 sets of them.

As for eating, eat whatever just in small portions. DONT EAT junk food though! Drink a lot of water.

  5. Here are some exercises:

    - Jump rope for ten minutes each day

    - Run around your block twice, once a day

    - cruches, sit ups, push up and pull ups

    NUtrition ideas

    -stay away for surgary stuff

-DON'T DRINK POP it'll take the calcium out of your bones.

-eat good carbs the night before a hard work out or try outs

get plenty of sleep, no sleepovers!
