I am buying Wii Fit tomorrow and I was just wondering if it really helps people get in shape. I am just wanting to lose 10 or 15 lbs and tone up my thighs and butt. I'm planning on doing it everyday and also eating healthy. Do you think I would I will reach my goal by November? I'm 21 & 5'3 & 130 lbs. Thanks!
