Getting into Human Resources??

Question

I have my B.S. degree in Health Information Management and now working on my MBA degree along with my Human Resource Management certificate. Will it be hard for me to get into HR? Both of my degrees will be management level and I wasjust wondering how hard it would be with 2 management degrees and no prior HR experience. Please let me know routes. Thanks

HR can be a difficult field to enter depending on where you live.  I would suggest joining your local SHRM chapter as a student member so you can network with HR professionals.  I started my HR career at a staffing company; they're often willing to train people with little or no experience.  After about 2 years at the staffing company, I was able to move into corporate HR.
