I will be a senior in HS in a couple weeks and here are my stats:

- ACT score of 28

- GPA of 3.46 (I got 5 Cs, 11 Bs, and 23 As)

- Rank: 92/654 (top 14%)

- Activities: Spanish Honor Society, Tennis freshmen/Junior year (tried out soph year but got cut), Martial arts, member of 2 Hindu temples, etc.

Looking at these Schools:

- Loyola University Chicago

- University of Illinois, Chicago

- DePaul University

The only thing is that I don't have volunteer hours yet. Would that affect much of the decision?

  1. Your strongest area would be your GPA.  What is your major of study?  From what I know, those schools are good business schools.

I will provide you with a link to princeton review.  Create a free account, and research those schools.  And, you can call the schools and ask the admissions.  Good luck!

  2. Start volunteering. Your act score, GPA, Ranking is most preferrable for all 3 colleges. apply to all 3. good luck.

  3. You will be able to get into all three.  Therefore, the choice may become even harder (but better) because you will have to choose which one you actually like the best!!  Good luck and have fun your senior year of HS!

  4. Should be able to get into all of them.  UIC admissions is almost all grade based.
