Getting into shape. Biking and Running. Football(Soccer).?

I want to get into shape for Football(soccer). I want to do Biking and running. Any suggestions on doing so. How many miles I should do on bike and running on the same day. I play goalkeeper in Football(soccer). I have until August 25 to get not fully in shape but on my way probbaly 70-80%.

  1. Ride 2 hours a day..........then run a couple of miles.

    And do lots of wind sprints
