I am right now a college tennis player who is in need of getting into much better shape. I have a significant amount of weight to lose if I want to compete at a high level. So does anyone have any tips on swimming workouts that i could use. I would like to swim at least 5 times a week because its a great aerobic and strength training workout. Also, I only have 2 years left of tennis and I will have an extra year to compete in another sport. i would like to try swimming, do you think that in two years I'll be able to get into swimming shape? Also, are there any good websites that can show me how to swim the different strokes so I can start learning? Thanks
