Getting loose glitter off a fabric chair?

There was a beauty pageant at my job over the weekend and they used my office. Apparently someone's gown was covered in glitter and they sat in my chair. I've vacuumed and used duct tape to try to get the glitter off my chair. There's still tons of it.

Any advice?

I would use a lint roller.

Guess you could try a barely-damp sponge.

A shop vac. Those things will suck up anything much better than a regular vacuum cleaner. That's what I did when the kids had glitter art everywhere.

Baby powder and a soft bristled brush. (Don't use any water for this job and make sure the chair is dry.)
