Getting marriage certificate from bangladesh?

A friend of mine was forced to go bangaldesh and get married, he she no acess to ANY of the marriage papers she needs to cancel her sponserhsip application. Immigration Canada said if somehow she can obtain the marriage certificate something could be done. Since she doesnt know anyone who can help her from Bangaldesh, is there any way for her to obtain a copy of the marriage certifcate from Bangladesh?

 This is really radicullas without knowledge how he/she taken the steps for marriage of course both has knowledge and this is legal formation; this is like make foolish the bangladeshi society;
