  1. See 3rd site below for specific license requirements, etc.and othet sites for  general info and for the U.S. consular agency in Cqncun if you need their help.  If you are legally married in Mexico, it is also legal in the U.S.


  2. Should be pretty straight up a lot of celebrities do it just make sure you have the correct paperwork.
