www.princessbridetiaras.com has a gorgeous cape for a bride. They could also be used for bridesmaids as well. Or you could have them made to match your colors since there are patterns for capes at Walmart or any fabric store. The seamstress can add faux fur trim if you wish.

What you are likely looking for is what is called a capelet - just covers the shoulders/upper body.

google "formal capelet" and you'll get lots of hits.

both have a great variety of things you can use...i think i faux fur wrap would be gorgeous for a december wedding...that was what i was going to use, until my date was changed =(

oh.. & for the bridesmaids...a fur hand wrap instead of flowers would be very pretty too!
