Getting married in Denmark?

I heard that getting married in Denmark is a lot easier than in Germany. I and my girlfriend are Indians and we are presently living in Germany and we would like to get married in 2008. Does anyone have any experience/information regarding marriage in Denmark?

I did in 1985, but I have heard that there have been some changes since then. I am divorced and planning on getting married again this fall. Denmark is a lot easier and less expensive, I also live in Germany. I have considered Arizona, Las Vegas and Denmark for this year. All three are less expensive and much easier but have different requirements. Your best way to find out about the requirements that you would need to meet would to go to a couple of travel agents, go physically into the office for the best service, and then before you make any decisions, compare the offer with the info you can find on the net.
