  1. You will need to make an appointment with the presiding judge.  They only have particular days & hours they perform ceremonies.

Prices vary for the marriage license.

Judges charge various prices as well.

If you're coming near Cincinnati/Dayton give me a shout.

No waiting period-- license issued immediately

    License good for 60 days

No blood test or physical exam required

    Both must apply in person.

Each needs a picture ID.  This can be a State ID, a valid

    driver's license, a passport, or a visa.

If divorced, the divorce decree must be brought at the time of

applying.  In the case of multiple divorces, the last decree is all

    that's needed.

**If you are an Ohio resident, you must apply in the county in

which you reside.  This allows you to be married anywhere in

    Ohio.

** If you are not an Ohio resident, you must apply to the county

in which you plan to be married.

** No witnesses are needed for the marriage.

  2. Um..... no, I don't think so.

  3. Congratulations! Each county has different requirements. Check this website and search the county you want to use. May God bless your marriage, in Jesus name.

  4. No problem. The court people can witness your marriage. But I think you just can't show up there and get married. There must be some formalities that you have to complete before hand.

  5. call the county clerk or city hall and ask

  6. There should be someone there who can witness for you.I do suggest take a camera so someone can take a few picks for you on your Special day,Congrats!

  7. No you do not. You typically have to call and schedule an appointment with the mayor and he will read you your vows and sign your marriage certificate.
