Getting married in The Woodlands, TX area (spring, conroe also considered). Anyone know a good caterer?

We don't need anything fancy..just BBQ or fajitas, etc..something easy..and something fairly inexpensive since we're paying for this all ourselves. The wedding is for 100-150 people. Got any ideas? Thanks yall!

I was also going to suggest Pappas catering.  

If you do fajitas I would suggest that you make sure that they warm the tortillas properly.  I went to a wedding last month that had Pappas catering and everything was good except for the tortillas weren't warm even though they were in a warmer.  Everybody's fajita tacos kept breaking and falling apart.  It wasn't a huge deal, but I heard a lot of complaints and I'm sure that you want the food to be as good as possible.  Nobody ate the tortillas because of that.  Who likes a cold tortilla?

At that wedding there was chicken & beef fajita meat, grilled onions, rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, and tortilla chips.  I think the groom said that menu was almost $15 pp.  It was buffet style and the presentation was very plain.  The Pappas employees working the wedding were very nice.  My husband and I both asked for just onions and no meat and the server assumed we were vegetarian (she was right).  She warned us that both the beans and rice had animal products in them.  It was disappointing because we didn't have much to eat after that, but I thought that was so very helpful!  Great staff.

They also had frozen margaritas from Pappas, but they weren't very good so I wouldn't waste your money in them.  There were a lot of full margarita cups sitting around.  It just tasted very watered down.
