Getting married parents need a tourist visa?

My mexican boyfriend and i are getting married the 23rd of may. His parents are still living in mexico and we want them to be here for the wedding so how do i go about doing that? ive heard something about a tourist visa but how long does the process take and how much do they cost and how do i start the process?

Be sure to tell the US embassy about your wedding and you wanting his parents to come. Invite them by a written letter.

Well, it costs $131 each to apply for tourist visas. As for how long it takes, it varies depending on where you apply. In Mexico City, it currently takes 2 days for an appointment. In Guadalajara it's 30 days, but most places are between 2 and 7 days,  Check out usembassy.state.gov for the websites of the embasssy and every consulate in Mexico. If you look at the consular section or visas, you'll find lots of information on how to apply for an appointment, downloadable application forms and a lot of other information.
