Getting motivated to run?

i usuually run 6-7 days a week but latley i've been feeling rather unmotivated. I have got to run tommorw. Does anyone have any advice

  1. ...same thing happening to me now... it makes me feel guilty. i just think to myself that if i don't run, i'm not going to be as good as i want to be. maybe listening to music while you run will help.


  2. I know how you feel! It's hard to get started, but once you do it feels great. The thing that helps me is looking at a collage of my inspirations (poster of famous athletes and quotes)

    try other things to, everyone is different

    -listening to music

    -thinking about competition

    -watching videos on youtube of hard-core training

    -----try making a new schedule or work out plans ever now-and-then to change up your routine, that always helps me.

    remember that once you get out, you will feel great

  3. Tell yourself that you don't want to waste your training, you don't want to be fat and out of shape, and that you've gotten too far to give up now.

  4. After you stretch, do some warm up excersies to get your blood flowing a little bit. Your probably just too relaxed

  5. Just get up and make yourself get out and do it.
