Question:

Getting my First Tattoo?

My birthday is next month, and I'm getting a tattoo, and it's my first.

I want 2, depending on the money situation though.

I want my Psalms verse on my left wrist and my Matthew verse on my right.

I have a picture of what I came up with.

I really want it in that font, I haven't called the tattoo place yet, and I live in Alabama.

From your opinions how much do you think it'd cost to do both wrists, and do you think they could do it in that font, how long would each wrist take, and on a scale of 1-10 how painful would that be since it's not going to be big at all.

And please don't comment saying "God gave you beautiful skin so don't mess it up!"

These tattoos are for remembering how far I've come through rough times in my life.

  1. 100-120 nothing more then that.  i have a friend with john 316 on his arm 50 bucks for it.

  2. It will probably cost about 50 for each depending on the artist and how much he charges.

It's more or less depending on who does it.

To me my first tattoo wasn't painful at all.  I was SO scared and he started doing it and I thought "hm...that isn't bad...".  I got mine on my spine so there were a few touchy spots.

I imagine the wrist would be touchy too.

I think they would do it no problem.  Make sure you like their work first...if you do....ask them what they think you should do and if they could put their own little "detail" into it to make it 100 % original.

I think it's a great idea...don't be too nervous...you'll laugh at yourself once it is done for being so nervous lol..

  3. It will be rlly painful. Do you still want it on your wrist it is vry painful there. Plus, I am sorry i am of no help in my religion I am not allowed to have tatttoos on skin(permanently) and do not wish too.best of luck i think you should look it up on google or go to a local tattoo place

  4. arms don't hurt, wrists hurt...aside from that, if you plan on getting a degree or two and working in business.................keep them a lot higher on the arm. I know it is not fair, but it will be held against you..that is life.
