Getting my first fixed gear/ track bike... need sizing help.

I am interested in getting a new track/fixie bike. I am 19 and about 5 11. With a 33" inseam. I want to get a khs flight 100 but the dilema I have is its either a 53cm or 57cm... Which should I get? Anny other reccomondations

Go get fitted, the 57cm seams closer.

A bike shop would be a great place to get started;  you'll get a proper fit so you'll enjoy the bike.

57cm absolutely.  You could even ride a 58cm just fine.   The 53cm will be way too small for you and if you plan on doing skid stops or other tricks you will definitely want to have a frame that fits you.
