Getting my reputation up in high school

Question

ok so in 2 weeks i start my freshman year and i want my name to been known, but see im not all to great at any sports, but believe me im no nerd, geek, etc. (class clown :DD)

and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting my rep up in high school without getting into sports.

and getting lots of friends ^_^

Get into as many clubs as you can and then youll meet alot of people, also talk to everyone including your teachers and dont be mean or a jerk. I know you said without getting into sports, but I think that is the best way to do it!

Be interesting and talk to people in class.

Do things that will make people tell their friends "So-and-so said the most hilarious thing in English today, I couldn't believe it"
