Getting out of dishnetwork contracts?

I've had dish network for years. I'm thinking about leaving becuase I'm moving. They will install it all new for free if I commit to 24 more months. If i don't it going to cost $100 for them to come and put up new stuff. I've never signed a new contract..............they just keep renewing me when I upgrade. Can i legally get out of my contract because i haven't signed anything? Thanks!

Look at the last thing you signed.  There should be an end date to the contract.  If you are past the end date you are on month-to-month billing and you can stop at any time.

Fake your own death. I faked mine and got out $13.25 in library fees. I hid out in the woods for 3 years and they legally declared me dead.
