I've had dish network for years. I'm thinking about leaving becuase I'm moving. They will install it all new for free if I commit to 24 more months. If i don't it going to cost $100 for them to come and put up new stuff. I've never signed a new contract..............they just keep renewing me when I upgrade. Can i legally get out of my contract because i haven't signed anything? Thanks!

  1. Look at the last thing you signed.  There should be an end date to the contract.  If you are past the end date you are on month-to-month billing and you can stop at any time.

    I hope this helps.

  2. Fake your own death. I faked mine and got out $13.25 in library fees. I hid out in the woods for 3 years and they legally declared me dead.
