Getting over motion sickness on a plane?

Ok, so i'm going to Disney World next month and it's about a 2 hr. flight. I have recently developed motion sickness in my mom's car and in my dad's truck. I haven't been on a plane in years and i'm afraid i will get motion sickness on the plane ride over to Flordia. Anybody have any advice on how to get rid of this motion sickness i face in cars and planes? Thanks!

  1. I always say I get seasick in the bathtub, but I've very rarely had a problem on big planes.  We love to travel, so I've never let it stop me!  I've tried a number of things depending on how we're traveling and what we're doing.  Here's our page on motion sickness.... http://www.mousetourstravels.com/travel-...  you can see some of the options.

Happy travels... even if you don't travel the world... just remember that life is a journey... embrace and enjoy it!  http://www.mousetourstravels.com

  2. There are over the counter pills you can take for motion sickness.

Try not to sit by the window as that can make you more sick (my experience anyway). Do something that will occupy you like listening to music - things like that.

Hope you have a good vacation!
