Getting photos from a digital Canon onto the computer...?

Question

I've had my digital Canon for about a year (a Digital IXUS i5), and whenever I upload my photos onto the computer, I do it the same way.. connect the camera to the computer, and then press "upload all images" on my camera.

Lately the words "Upload all images" hasn't been coming up on my camera, and I have no idea why or how to fix it. So I cant upload my photos

Sorry is abit vague but any help would be appreciated. I've tried re-installing the camers software, but it hasnt worked.

Go to the "My computer" screen and then plug your camera in, an icon should appear from there click on it and there well be a few sub-folders, click through them till you find your pictures then hit ctrl+a to select all then right click over the pictures and hit cut and then open your pictures on your computer and paste them wherever you want, hope this helps

probabily you have not removed the old software properly(un install program). please do un install and then switch off the computer and then again install the camara software. it will work.
