Getting pictures on iPod touch without computer?

is it possible to pit pictures on you iPod touch without a computer. My Psp has a feature like that when your on the Internet where you can copy pictures from the Internet ankeep them in your library. I am writing this with my iPod btw so please forgive all spelling errors.
