Getting pregnant ????

my husband and i have been trying for 4 years to have another child . my periods are irregular and well.. sometimes i can go for 6 months without having one. anyway we thought this may have been the problem , however i just learned something new.

he had a drug addiction and now he has quit, could this have lowered his sperm count ,if so how long will it take to build up sperm?

Are you sure you want a child with a man that kept a huge thing like drug addiction from you?!  You need to think what kind of a parent he will be, and what if he goes back on drugs?  If you ask questions on yahoo, you need to expect to be judged, it doesn't mean to need to believe it, but there are lots of people on here who judge other people.

Drugs do lower sperm count, and I think his sperm count will build back up as soon as the drugs are out of his system.
