Getting radio interference from computer to radio.?

This is especially when tuned into radio 2,did not have any problems until new psu unit fitted,ex: Maplin. Addmittedly the airel to the radio is not the best just being an internal type,but as stated no problems before changed to new psu.

  1. you can try and get a thick bit a card between the psu and the radio

    or even stand the tower on something soft like a strip of rubber will help

  2. Poor shielding/design from the new psu.

    Some of the cheaper psu's can cost as little as £15.00, and therefore inevitably build quality and rf screening/filtering will suffer.

    Apart from moving the radio further away or changing the psu there's not many simple solutions.
