Getting radios on same frequency

Question

Estrella Vista is a brand new school and 3 radios walkies/radios were purchased. As our school has grown, we needed more radios so we got 5 more from another school that closed. The make of those radios are Vertex. How can we get them to work with our Kenwood radios?
