Getting returned email..but never sent those emails..is my domain infected with a spam bot?

my domain is getting lots of "Mail delivery subsystem returned emails"..the thing is, they are sent from non esistant addresses or I never sent them. How can I check to make sure someone has not hacked my domain and is using it to send spam? I have run anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, but still getting these bounces sent to my catchall mailbox.

Yes it sounds as if your computer has been taken over by a spam bot. You say that you have already run anti-virus and anti-spyware software but what did you use and when was the last time they were updated. This is a very fluid situation and updates on the better softwares are done daily
