  1. like everyone else has said... losing weight/getting in shape takes time... its not a flash in the pain or something u can turn on and off when u want..

if u want to lose weight u have to start filtering your diet.. start cutting out the excess carbs, too many carbs and sugars lead to weight gain, reduce them in half, replace them with more proteins to stay lean and tight..

as well, exercise is the main thing.. cardio equals weight loss... do 30 mins of cardio 3 - 4 times per week, that along with some sort of weight training.. that will only take 45 mins.. go for higher reps and workout every muscle in the body throughout the week.. sign up at a gym. a membership will only run u say 35 - 45 dollars monthly.. its well worth your happiness and well being..

  2. You should have started 4 months ago. Nothing will happen in 4 days. Enjoy yourself and make sure that you are in a position to feel better about your looks the next time.

  3. Nope, not in 4 days.  Should have thought of it months ago.  Health is a lifestyle, not a minor convenience.

Another thing, you cannot target bodyparts for fat loss.  Fat loss is a full body thing and your body pulls fat from everywhere, not just your stomach.  Start exercising now, cut your losses for the wedding, and look forward to being in shape for the next one.

  4. no you cant..

BUT go to macys, dillars, walmart, target and buy a tummy slimmer. they work like magic. my sister in law got one for my wedding and it looked like she drop 5 pounds, her tummy was so thin. just go buy one,

    trust my sis-n-law they work

  5. Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. Just because you're getting healthy doesn't mean you can't snack. In fact, eating small meals and snacks throughout the day, or grazing, has been shown to aid weight loss, (compared to eating three large meals a day), by keeping metabolism steadier. Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber (dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on). Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition. Generally, you want to - with a combination of calorie reduction and increased activity - reduce and burn a certain number of calories a day, causing a net loss of calories so your body is forced to use its own stores of fat.
