Getting rid of a cat?

I hate my girlfriends cat. it stinks. its constantly meowing for no reason and it takes dumps inside my apartment when she has a cat box. How do I get rid of it without her noticing?

Wouldn't you rather, instead of being heartless about the situation.....

1. tell her you're fed up and she should train the cat/take care of the situation

2. you help the situation out by finding why the cat has problems.

Whatever you do, don't harm the cat or dump it someplace.  it's better surrendered at a shelter or given a good home.

first off you are a ding dong The cat s***s all over the place possible because you don't clean the litter box DAILY!........it meows for no reason because you don't care for it like you should and once again you are a ding dong! People like you have no heart and in fact your girlfriend should be getting rid of you. A man that loves animals has a big heart and is a man any woman should love.  Also, tell your girlfriend to take care of her cat and maybe it will be a nicer cat and pleasent to be around.  CLEAN THE LITTER BOX AND YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!

Well, since the cat is hers, your "getting rid" of it is a violation of her right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" (I think that she has the cat because it makes her happy). If you are willing to violate this basic human right, then you have no business being involved in her life. In fact, your very attitude (that it's ok to dispose of the cat without her consent and thus take control of an aspect of her life without permission) is indicative of a controlling (which can lead to abusive) personality, which has a high possibility of causing great emotional and physical harm to her.

Knowing this, if you continue to take this attitude and act this way, you cannot possibly love her. Maybe the cat is trying to tell you it knows what you're all about and the crapping is  her way of telling you what she thinks.

Also, if you do this, you will p**s of the cat gods. Nothing is worth offending the cat gods...

The cat is meowing for a reason.  Are you guys keeping the litter box clean?  Giving the cat fresh water and good quality wet & dry food?  Giving the cat attention by petting it gently and playing with it?  All of these things will make everything less stinky.  And guess what? Changing your attitude and showing some compassion and interest for the cat will make you a lot less stinky.  Cause right now everyone knows YOU are stinkier than that cat will ever be.

Possibly the cat realises your hostility? They are very intelligent. More so than many humans. I suggest you leave the window open a bit, say the cat escaped, and take it to an animal shelter. It'll be better off there.
