Getting rid of birds?

Question

These annoying pigeons think it's fun to sit on my balcony and release everything they've had for lunch all over it. It's so frustrating and hard to clean! I've tried hanging CD's off my balcony, fake snakes... is there anything I can do to get rid of those birds?

I also think there are birds sitting on my roof and that's how it lands on my balcony at times.

PLEASE help me.

ummmm I have non clue...If i were you i would just get a screcrow or sumthin like that.

umm. call a pest or small rodent company they will eithier rid you of these birds or tell oyu how to get them  to go away
