Getting rid of bite marks fast?

I have senior pictures tomorrow and my shoulder blade to the base of my neck is covered with bite marks from my boyfriend! I wasn't even thinking about tomorrow when we messed around today. I need some help now!

Would just cover up and some powder work?

I seriously can't let my mom know about it either, she already doesn't like him!
