Getting rid of inteligent advisor?

I have tried everything suggested no luck.Anybody get other remedies?

I presume you tried add and remove programs in the control panel. Get this instead;  http://www.revouninstaller.com/. This will remove it.

If you are stuck on removing the program file then try this handy tool;

This will unlock any file or folder that doesn't want to be removed. Just press start, computer, disc C, program files, then find the files you are looking for. Open each one and right click them. On the drop down menu, choose unlocker. Use this to delete the files. Repeat this with the rest and you're good to go
