Getting rid of old scars?

I have a lot of old scars that I really want to get rid of, but the problem is that I don't know how. How do you get rid of old scars?

A really good thing that helped me is called "Concha nacar".

Even the oldest ones! But you have to use it daily!! Good Luck!
