Getting rid of tiredness???

i am SO tired, i didn't get much sleep last night, and i HAVE to go to dance today, and do school (i am home-schooled) i am a girl, and 11. besides coffee, how do i wake up??

So you are back home after school.Must have had your food too.If you are weighing up to 40-45Kg.take half tab. if more, 1full tab.of combiflam (ibuprofen+paracetamol combination) which is better known for it's analgesic and anti inflamatory effect.Have a good nap for one hour.After waking up,have a hot cup of tea,give a gap of at least15 minutes,have a cold water shower and you will be as fresh and energetic as ever.Wish you happy dancing.


  2. Well, is this going on often?? How much on average of hours a night do you sleep? At your age you need 8 hours minimum to have adequate rest. If you are getting less than that, that is why you are soo tired. Not only that your body is growing so growing pains do have a symptom of tiredness. Ask your parents to have you take vitamins. My parents when I was that young made me take them. I didn't like them so they had me take the Flinstones ones, which I didn't mind them then. They helped me a lot. They provide the right nutrients you need for your body while growing. Take one every day. Coffee at that young, not helpful missy! You may be experiencing the caffeine complications. Meaning, when your body comes down from caffeine you often feel tired from that. How about instead of coffee in the morning have breakfast. Breakfast is essential for energy through out the day. Get up early enough where you have time for breakfast. Eggs, cereal with not too much sugar, bagels anything you would normally like for breakfast is good. Start off with more hours of sleep, a daily vitamin, and breakfast. See how you feel then. I find if I have breakfast in the morning, I'm ready to go for the whole day!
