Getting semi permanent dye out of hair?? dish soap?

a lot of people say dish washing liquid. im going to try that tonight, but i wanna be careful because i dont know what will happen. do i take some of the liquid and put some on my hands and rub it through my hair? maybe shampoo twice with head and shoulders, and condition? would i be doing something wrong??

Any dish soap will do.  Use it like normal shampoo.  Be sure to condition after.  Beware that this may not remove all the dye.  It may be necessary to do this a few times (not back to back).  Try once a week for a few weeks.  If your hair was not previously colored this should work.
