I'm 14, and I want to know how to slim down my thighs in a few weeks: They're pretty firm [[from walking up and down a hill every day to get to school]] but they rub together when I walk. They're sort of V-ish: Like, thin near the ankle but ... fat near my butt. [[Don't know how to explain it, haha.]]
How can I get slim thighs like Keira Knightley's, fast?
And also: What do you prefer, an elliptical machine or a stationary bike?
I haven't come here to be criticized or made fun of, I want useful answers.
