Question:

Getting slim thighs fast?

I'm 14, and I want to know how to slim down my thighs in a few weeks: They're pretty firm [[from walking up and down a hill every day to get to school]] but they rub together when I walk. They're sort of V-ish: Like, thin near the ankle but ... fat near my butt. [[Don't know how to explain it, haha.]]

How can I get slim thighs like Keira Knightley's, fast?

And also: What do you prefer, an elliptical machine or a stationary bike?

I haven't come here to be criticized or made fun of, I want useful answers.

  1. Personally i prefer the Sidewalk.

    Running is very good for firming up legs.. even if you cant run very long in the beginning. start and run 5mins and gradually build up your pace/length of time you spend.

    Also tennis is a very good fast paced workout..

    Both sports you can go at your own pace.

    -Drink lots of water.

    -Cut out any mid-night snacks(trust me they do more harm than good)


  2. I hate to tell you this but it doesn't happen without Keira Knightleys kind of money for a trainer.

    the old thigh masters use to work well.

    My best advice is to love who you are and be happy you don't have a flat ***. Guys hate chicks that don't have thighs and *** they can play with... when your older.


  3. try doing lunges. with or without weights. it worked for a few people i know but not in the time line you might want
