Question:

Getting sound from DVD player but not a picture

Hooked up my Zenith DVD player to my 32 inch RCA Guide plus TV, I hear sound but not getting a picture, TV says unusable signal. It might have something to do with with the buttons I'm pushing I've tried everything, HELP PLEASE!!!
