Getting sponsors for a school club? And money raising ideas?

I'm in a club at my high school, Chemistry Club. and we need sponsors and money. Our school doesn't exactly have a whole lot to hand us but we need to get money to fund the stuff we do. How exactly do we go about getting sponsors, and what are some money raising ideas? We want to do t-shirts, and have a bake-off. Anything is helpful though. Thank you in advanced!

I suggest a raffle, Go around local shops and malls asking for prizes and explaining what its 4. After you have some good prizes buy or make some raffle tickets. Go into a mall or park or something like that and ask people if they want  to by a raffle (again explaining why your selling them),if they do right down their phone number on the ticket so if they win you can contact them And you'll find you make some good money. i'm in a club at  my school, music club. and we need sponsors and money our school doesn't exactly have a whole lot to hand us but we need to get money to buy costumes,instruments, pay trainers, buy a car for the music club so that we can solve the problem of transport. This club consists other p'ple who have finished their studies but have the talent and interest in music dance and drummer, and as aresult those p'ple need some allounces. we need sponsors so that our african traditional music can be extended outside uganda eg in developed countries. hoping 4 apositive consideration.I REMAIN NAMANYA ENOTH  C/MAN  OF THE CLUB
